Services Offered

We provide the following travel and transportation services:

Gujarati kitchen facility for group tours across India

All services are subject to availability and operational conditions.

Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
All tour details, itinerary, hotel category and vehicle type are confirmed based on availability at the time of booking.
Any verbal or written commitment is subject to final confirmation by our office.

Pricing & Payment

All package prices are as per the final quotation shared at the time of booking.
Toll tax and GST are extra and are not included in the quoted tour amount unless clearly mentioned.
Parking charges, state permits or entry fees (if applicable) are also chargeable extra unless specified.
Full and final payment must be cleared before the start of the journey.

Tour Itinerary & Changes

The tour itinerary is prepared for smooth travel planning; however, changes may be required due to traffic, weather, local restrictions, road conditions or administrative reasons.
Shree Umiya Tours and Travels reserves the right to modify the sequence of sightseeing or travel routes if necessary.

Hotel & Accommodation

Hotels are provided as per selected category and availability.
Check-in and check-out timings are governed by hotel policies.
Any damage to hotel property during stay will be the responsibility of the guest.

Transportation Services

Vehicles are provided as per the group size and booking plan.
Vehicle usage is limited to the confirmed itinerary and agreed timing only.
Extra running, extended hours or route changes may result in additional charges.

School & Staff Transportation Services

Dedicated transportation services are provided for schools and corporate staff as per contract or agreement.
GPS tracking systems installed in vehicles are strictly used for operational control and safety purposes only.
Pickup and drop timings are subject to traffic and route conditions.

Gujarati Kitchen Facility (Group Tours)

Gujarati kitchen services are provided for group tours only and must be pre-booked.
Menu, timing and availability depend on tour schedule and local arrangements.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges will apply based on the date of cancellation and services already reserved.
Advance payments made for hotels, vehicles or third-party services may be non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting service charges and supplier cancellation fees.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

Carrying valid identity proof during the tour
Following safety instructions given by drivers, tour coordinators and local authorities
Maintaining discipline and respectful behaviour during tours and transportation
Taking care of personal belongings

Shree Umiya Tours and Travels is not responsible for loss of personal items.

Health & Safety

Guests are advised to inform us in advance about any medical condition, special requirements or mobility issues.
We are not responsible for any health issues, injuries or medical emergencies during the tour.
Any medical assistance required during the journey will be arranged at the guest’s cost.

Limitation of Liability

Shree Umiya Tours and Travels shall not be responsible for:

Delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, strikes, weather conditions, road blocks, political disturbances or technical issues
Loss, injury, accident or damage caused by third-party service providers
Any indirect or consequential loss arising during the tour

Third-Party Service Providers

Some services such as hotels, ropeways, boats, attractions and food services are provided by third parties.
We act only as a coordinator and are not liable for their internal operations, service standards or policy changes.
